Users of AS Ridango (hereinafter Ridango) ticketing website or Ridango apps for other electronic devices (hereinafter together Ridango’s ticket office), agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Information on the service provider
Ridango is an award-winning international technology company that provides state of the art ticketing and real-time information services for transportation agencies and companies, which allow individuals to buy electronic tickets and get advantage of high tech solutions. For more information please visit www.ridango.com/about.
Ridango is selling tickets on behalf of Region Gotland.
AS Ridango is registered with the Commercial Registry of the Republic of Estonia with the business ID 11717474. Its registered place of business is Järvevana tee 7b, Tallinn, Harju County, 10112, Estonia.
Ticket prices
Prices for all Gotland public transport are available on the following website: www.gotland.se/kollektivtrafik.
All prices in Ridango ticket office are presented in Swedish Krona (SEK). Prices presented are final prices (all taxes and charges are included).
Payment
Available methods for credit card payments are Visa and Mastercard and payments from bank account.
Ticket delivery methods
All purchased tickets are ready to use immediately after purchase.
Users will receive the purchased ticket(s) according to the chosen delivery option (e-mail, travelling card) and successful payment. Ridango is not responsible for any mistakes in the delivery information (ie wrong e-mail address) provided by the user.
It is possible to buy tickets to your travelling card. To do this you have to provide provide a travelling card number during the purchase.
Purchased ticket will be activated when validating the travelling card in the bus.
If you do not have a travelling card you can buy the ticket as a QR Voucher which will be sent to your email. With the voucher you can redeem your travel card onboard the bus. Show the voucher to the bus driver and the voucher will be exchanged to a travelling card with purchased ticket. QR voucher must be activated within 60 days.
Single tickets are sold QR tickets. When buying a single ticket you have to provide an e-mail and the ticket will be sent your e-mail. When entering the bus you have to validate the ticket with the QR code.
Repurchase Policy / Refund
You have the right to obtain repayment of a short period, if bus route has changed significantly after the ticket was purchased. Otherwise refunds are not intended.
In case the ticket is not received by the user after the successful payment due to a problem of Ridango's ticket office, Ridango will refund the user’s payment upon user’s request submitted in 10 days.
Handling of complaints
Feedback or questions are welcome in written form to the following email address - [email protected]. We review the complaint and notify the user within 5 business days of the possible resolution of the complaint. In general, written complaints from the user will be given a written response. Support contact phone nr 0498 26 90 00.
If you lose your travelling card and have it registered under My Pages, the travelling card can be replaced with a new one in the bus with your products loaded to the card. On Visby Bus Station you can replace your travelling card for a fee.
User rights and obligations
The user is obliged to present accurate personal information upon registering on Ridango’s ticket office, including registering under their legal and full name and using a valid e-mail address.
For registration the user has to be at least 18-year-old fully responsible person or if 7-18 year-old, has full approvals from a lawful representative to use Ridango’s ticket office.
The user is aware that in the event of the username or password necessary to use the Ridango’s ticket office falling into the hands of a third party, the user is responsible for fulfilling any obligations taken on by such parties.
Ridango is not responsible for any damage resulting from the ticket falling into the hands of third parties (incl. when the ticket falls into the hands of third parties due to an incorrect e-mail address, or any automated forwarding service etc.). Ridango is not responsible for destroyed, lost, stolen, and damaged tickets.
Communication with the user
User must have internet access and an e-mail account to receive communications and information related to Ridango’s services (incl. confirmation of bought tickets, notifications concerning any services).
User agrees that Ridango may provide notices or other information to the user via following channels - e-mail, telephone, SMS or other channels.
Ridango may send any information and notices to the user by using the contact details (e.g. email, phone number) which have been provided by the user.
Privacy Policy
Protecting users’ privacy is a high-priority for Ridango when processing users' personal data. All users of the Ridango’s ticket office grant their unconditional consents to Ridango for the handling of their personal data in the essence of the EU Personal Data Protection regulations as applicable.
Ridango has taken appropriate technical, physical and organisational security measures against the loss and unlawful processing of personal data.
Personal data handled by Ridango under these terms is limited to the data for operating the ticket office and selling the respective tickets online, chosen by the user. User information can be also used for customer service.
