How do I add the Narva free travel right to the transport card?
Persons with at least 80% work capacity los, no work capacity, severely disabled persons and the liquidators of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster can add the free transport rights to their own personalised transport card at the information desk of the Narva Social assistance Board at Malmi 5a (I floor).
